Robot Dog
I am currently working developing a quodroped robot dog based on the open source project Dingo. I am making all the hardware and software components on the robot and the goal is to implement ROS2 with advanced Multimodal AI which can perceive the world and take voice command to perform various tasks.
Robot Arm - Manipulation
As part of a sponsered project by InOrbit, me and my team are developing an automated system for an assisted living scenario where user can place requests for specific items through the robot management platform InOrbit and a group of robots including iRobot Create and Kinova Arm, will perform the task of fetching the item and transporting it to the user. I'am specifically incharge of manipulation of the Kinova arm which includes tasks such as grasping the items (such as blanker, socks, water bottle, etc), path planning of the arm, placing the item, and obstacle avoidance.
6 DOF Robotic Arm
It is a 3D printed robotic arm with 6 degrees of freedom which was initiall designed and develope by myself at home to automate the 3D printing, product assembling, and packaging processes.
This smart wrist gadget is powered by Adafruit's QTPY-ESP32 development board and also equiped acceleropmeter and environment sensor to record data and upload to the IFTTT server for analysis. The purpose of the project was to analyze the accelerometer data while playing table tennis and give feedback to the user via an onboard haptic motor and LED lights if their bat position/orientation is correct or not.
SecureHit - Automated door lock manupulator
This was basically a protype for locking/unlocking conventional locks which sits on top of it to manupulate the door lock knob. The main features of the prototype are Automatic Door Locking, Gamified Look and Feel, Versatile Compatibility, Door Lock status detection, Pixel Display for Animations, and Customizable Look.
